BID NOTICE - VILLAGE OF MILLBROOK - HILLSIDE AVE AND WEATHERFORD LN. ROAD WORK
Dutchess County, New York

NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR SEALED BIDS

Notice is hereby given that the Village of Millbrook will accept sealed bids for the following work on Hillside Ave & Weatherford Lane:

1. Approximate 2” of Road Cold Milling approximately 3,500 sq/yard
   • Cold Milling Disposal will be hauled to the Village of Millbrook Highways storage yard on Church St.
   • Driveways and intersections shall be milled to form keyways at a minimum depth of 2” to provide a proper joint.
     
     
2. Approximate 2” of compacted laid in place Type 6f topcoat blacktop approximately 3,500sq/yard
   • Tack coat shall be applied on all pavement surfaces and structures to provide a watertight joint. Tack coast shall be uniformly applied to cover surfaces that are going to be repaved. All tack coat that is applied on the day of paving shall be covered on that day.
     
     
3. The Village of Millbrook Highway Department will provide traffic control.

All actions on site shall be consistent with State and Federal regulations. This job is subject to prevailing wages.

Pre-Bid Site Visit:
Please meet DPW Highway Supervisor Ethan Kelly and Village Deputy Mayor Patrick Murphy at 2 Hillside Ave. Millbrook NY, 12545 on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at 12:00PM

Bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “BID-VILLAGE OF MILLBROOK PAVING 2026” and must be submitted by July 13th, 2026, no later than 2:00pm.

The Bid Opening will take place on Wednesday July 15, 2026 at 2:00pm at Millbrook Village Hall. Bids to be accepted and awarded at a later date.

The Village Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids and re-advertise.
